The USHP Outstanding Service Scholarship honors USHP student members who have provided exemplary service and leadership to USHP.

The USHP Opportunity Scholarship encourages activity in pharmacy organizations and honors USHP student members who are part of an underrepresented minority group, to encourage improved diversity of leadership in our profession.

WHAT SCHOLARSHIPS DOES USHP OFFER?

Pharmacy Students ($1000 x 4; Two each for U of U & Roseman)

2. USHP Opportunity Scholar

Pharmacy Technician Students ($500 x 2)

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

1. Active member of USHP
2. Student of accredited PharmD program / ASHP-accredited technician training program in Utah
3. For Opportunity Scholarships:
   • Underrepresented minority, including: Hispanic/Latinos, African-Americans/Black, Native Americans, Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islanders, and those of two or more races.

Scholarship applications have been emailed to USHP pharmacy school and pharmacy technician school members. If you didn't receive one and would like to apply, please email nominations@ushp.org for them.
