USHP is pleased to announce a virtual social event for its membership and their families!

Sabrina Boehme, Pharmacy Medication Safety Manager at Primary Children’s Hospital, will be leading a baking event for members on February 9th at 6:00 pm. Participants will learn to make a chocolate pie with oreo cookie crust. Come make a treat ahead of Valentine’s Day at this family friendly social event! Oreo pie crust
24 Regular Oreos
4 tbs butter melted
  
Chocolate Pie
1 pie crust baked and cooled (pie crust, oreo, or graham cracker will work)
1 ½ c sugar
¼ c corn starch
¼ tsp salt
3 c whole milk
4 egg yolks
6 ½ oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped finely
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbs butter
Whipped cream for serving
