DOPL Pharmacist Application Steps
- Apply online through DOPL
- Click “licensing” on the left-hand side of the screen
- Click “apply for a pharmacy license”
- Choose “pharmacist" or “temporary pharmacist”
- Create an account and complete on screen prompts
