Conor Hanrahan PharmD, MS, BCPS, CPHQ

President

Conor Hanrahan has supported the Utah Society of Health-System Pharmacists (USHP) in several capacities over the last few years, and is serving as USHP Present for the 2025-2026 cycle. In this day job, Conor is the Assistant Vice President of Medication Policy, Outcomes, and Stewardship for Intermountain Health Pharmacy Services. In this role, he oversees several enterprise-wide teams that focus on ensuring the safe, efficacious, and cost-effective use of medications. After graduating with his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree, Conor completed a 1-year industry-based Medical Information Fellowship at Fresenius Medical Care. He then completed several years of postgraduate residency training at the Medical University of South Carolina where he specialized in medication policy and formulary management. Conor also holds a Masters in Comparative Effectiveness Research from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Utah, maintains certification as a Pharmacotherapy Specialist, and is a trained mediator in conflict and dispute resolution.
