Policy & Procedure for Continuing Education Assessment
- USHP Program Committee will review presenter’s test questions along with slide presentations for each continuing education program to ensure questions are appropriate and applicable to presentation.
- If 50% or more of participants have failed a test, USHP will eliminate test from consideration and issue credit to all participants who have completed necessary paperwork for that presentation.
- Participants must pass each test with a 75% score or better in order to be awarded continuing education credit for each presentation attended.
- Participants not passing any test, have the opportunity to secure test questions, results and correct answers from Administrator, write a letter to the Board of Directors indicating why they missed each incorrect answer and why they should be awarded credit. The Board will then make their decision and communicate back to the participant with or without the appropriate adjustment to their statement of credit.
- Participants have up to four months from the meeting date to dispute the results of their test(s).
